SHIPPING & RETURNS

Orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt and shipped within 3-5 working business days, unless it is prohibited by an act of God or uncontrollable circumstances. If this ever becomes the case, we will notify you via e-mail.

Please note: Shipping fees will not automatically be added to your cart. Based on the amount of items purchased, you will be charged accordingly. We try our best to keep shipping cost down, so we will try to pack as many items that will fit smartly into flat rate packaging.

Please be sure to enter the correct postal address information. We will not be held responsible for items shipped to an incorrect postal address provided on your behalf or deemed undeliverable due to incomplete address.

We will not be held responsible for items that are left at your door by courier that shows a proof of delivery receipt in our system. If your courier tries to deliver packages on multiple days without success due to a signature being needed or no one being home, the package will be returned to us for non-delivery. You will be responsible for paying shipping cost to have it sent out again.
